It is recommended that you wait at least 6 weeks in between stretches. This will give your earlobes time to heal up and become a little loose. However, we recommend that you wait 2-6 months between each stretch.
Do you have to taper your ear after stretching?

How long should I wait between taping?
Be safe and don’t rush, even though it worked for me. For me it would usually be 1 layer every 3 days but sometimes I could wrap a little bit more and wait longer in between (so like 2 or 3 wraps but waiting 5-7 days ). Every size was different, so definitely just see how your ears feel and don’t rush it.

If you’re unsure about how many layers of tape to wrap around your jewelry, add one layer at a time and reinsert the plugs into your piercing until the the plugs feel tight. Wear your plugs for a few days until you’re able to slide them in and out easily.
